Every item received at Interior Services Network's warehouse undergoes a rigorous inspection – before the delivery driver is allowed to leave. Our
experienced warehouse team opens and inspects everything for freight damage and any obvious manufacturer defects at the time of delivery. All notations are made on the carriers freight
bill. Interior Services will handle filing of the freight claim along with the repair either in-house or outside specialists depending on the situation. If an item can be repaired, ISN will
handle the repair using our in-house expert, or as necessary specialists in difficult surfaces.
