Model Homes - Installation

Interior Services Installation services includes all aspects of the model home furniture installation process.  Interior Services receives and thoroughly inspects all furniture, lighting and accessories.  If damage is uncovered during this inspection process, Interior Services will handle all damage claims with the shipping companies and has on-site furniture repair experts.  Interior Services will then safely and securely store all of these items until the model home construction is complete, and the site is ready for installation. 

A team of Interior Services professionals will arrive at the model site ready to do a fast, careful and precise installation.  Each Interior Services staff member is fully trained in reading and understanding furniture placement blueprints.  In many cases the Interior Services staff will deliver, install, assemble and place furniture to the blueprint specifications a day in advance of the designer’s arrival.  When the designer arrives, art is placed and hung and any fine tuning of the site is completed.
