Interior Services Inventory Control System (ICS) allows our customers the ability to monitor their inventory 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using a proprietary web-based program.


How Does It Work?

The system is all based off Purchase Orders the client supplies. When item(s) come in, warehouse personnel will tag the items with a barcode and scan into inventory. The data is then uploaded to the web site several times a day. ISN clients can access their data (their data only) using a unique client login 24/7.


After the items are received, they are placed in the warehouse with the rest of those items for that project. When the time comes for delivery, the system will generate a pull sheet from what was received. After the project is delivered, the system will generate costs for receiving, inspection and storage for the project.

What do you need to do?

Want to get started?  Contact ISN and we will train your people on the system (this will take less than an hour).  You choose your own unique login and password.  Once you are set up, all you will need to do is make sure ISN gets your Purchase Orders either by fax or email, and then you can sit back and monitor your projects at your convenience.
